To re-assign a mailbox number:

  • Go to the section titled "Customers"
  • Search for the desired user in the search bar
  • Click on the "#" icon button titled "Assign Mailbox#"
  • A popup menu will appear, select a number from the available numbers in the drop-down menu list
  • Click on the "Assign Mailbox#" button


Note: You can only assign numbers under the highest number already assigned to the mailbox. For example, if the current number assigned is 5000, then you cannot assign a number higher than 5000. If you require to assign a number higher than the highest number, please send a special request to support@spheremail.co.
