Adding the Live Answering service is simple! Just follow the steps below so you can add it for your customers:

  • Go to the section titled "Customers"
  • Click on the desired customer's username
  • Click the tab titled "Live Answering"
  • Choose the desired plan and hit Subscribe 

Customers can also subscribe to this feature by following these steps: 

  • Customer logs in into their account
  • Go to My Account
  • Click Live Answering tab
  • Select a plan 
  • Subscribe

*Note: When the purchase process is completed the customer will be contacted to set it up and complete the process.
